We chose Sanbury Construction as our contractor to do our master bedroom/bathroom addition on our first floor of our home they did an extremely amazing job down to the details of what we wanted. The technicians were on time they worked efficiently and clean their mess they protected all of our property during their install to avoid damage or debris spread Manny was very communicative with us throughout the entire process all the way down to the finish phase. We are so elated to have chosen Sanbury Construction there pricing fell right in our budget, we were even able to add some additionals to our project. Do not hire this contractor! This is a shady company that will steal your money. We hired Manuel this summer to fix a hole in our ceiling. We agreed on a price and paid him half of the total. It took him over 2 weeks to finally start the job, breaching the contract. He was also 3 hours late with no excuse or apology. He tried to charge us a higher amount the day he came to start the project. I told him no we had a set price and I will not continue. He told us he would refund our deposit. We have been getting our phone calls screened and e-mails ignored. His license also expired this year. Please do not even engage with this unprofessional company. They will just steal your money! Sanbury installed vinyl siding on our home. They were affordable, professional, and the work turned out beautiful. Manny listened carefully to suggestions or critique on the work being performed by his staff, and quickly took action to satisfy his customer. He was also flexible and reasonable with pricing and payment options. The staff kept us involved through each step of the project to make sure we were okay with the details of the work being performed.
