Our heater died and they came promptly, provided a reasonable estimate, provided space heaters until they could get back to install the new system. The system was installed efficiently, we were given instructions and they always polite and helpful. The only thing they didn't do promptly was bill me! Now that was a unique experience. Will call them again, though I bet I won't have to.
Great service. We have had the contract for years and when you have an issue, they come out quickly and take care of everything. Included with our contract is yearly inspection of our hot water heater, AC/Furnace units. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Have had UGI services for over 25 years and would recommend
UGI was very responsive and sent a very nice worker to our home and then another one had to come back and they were both very polite and nice. The time frame for getting our heater fixed was as quick as could have been a possible. We were happy with all aspects.
