Just read this. We had a unit installed for 2nd floor a few years back. These guys are very professional. Some of the other dealer give you agreat sales pitch and a price tag. These guys told use what we needed since we already had a main unit. I will be getting them back when the furnace and main unit goes out.
Undoubtedly the BEST AND MOST SKILLED HVAC-R people in York/Lancaster county. They work hard and are extremely thorough in looking over every nook and cranny of your system. They are well prepared and fix right on the spot having parts on hand and are extremely knowledgeable. Excellent and really an asset to all the area they serve. I have experienced many Technicians and these guys are head and shoulders the best.
Worst customer service ever. I called to ask for service. After telling me about some COVID problems at the company, I told the lady that scheduling me was no hurry. She told me I would have to wait until January (it was 12/4). I said ok. She said, we aren’t taking new customers. And it went on from there.
