Extremely happy that we went with Regal for the installation of a new heat pump system in our home. Their care and attention to detail is apparent and appreciated. The job took a little longer than anticipated, but it was all in the name of making sure things were done right. Other local companies did not think it would be feasible to set up dual zones due to the layout of our house, but Regal made it work, and we are left with an upgraded system that we will be thankful for for years to come. I called with a clogged drain and got immediate response. It ended up taking 2 days (about 6 hours total) but its fixed!!! They discussed everything that they were doing. Gave options. They were very professional. Cleaned up everything. Would highly recommend. I really liked getting texts from the company about when they were coming and who was coming.
