My water only stayed hot for about 5 mins and I thought I needed to replace my water heater but Devin came out and identified a bad heating element as the culprit. He rebuilt it fast and it works great. That saved me a ton of money until I actually need a new one. I appreciate Regals honesty and integrity. All these other companies are salesmen. Converted traditional water heater to a tankless system. Technician performing annual HVAC maintenance noticed problem with hot water tank that was next to the AC unit being serviced and informed us. After finishing the thorough AC service he gave us an estimate that we accepted the next day (after we were able do research on what Regal was offering and comparing it with like products from other brands and against going with a traditional tank heater). Regal installed the new system on the second business day after we accepted the offer. The team showed up and placed floor coverings. They explained what they were going to do and basic operations of the new system. They informed us of their progress and gave us recommendations as they went along. They completed the work, cleaned up, jointly inspected the work, and went over the operating principles and maintenance requirements of the system. Very pleased.
