Collin Baral, performed the tune-up on our propane heating unit this year. He was very professional, thorough, yet clean, and respectful. He even removed a couple of the components, took them outside to his van to clean them, and then brought them back in and reassembled everything. And checked the unit before he left. Everything is quiet and working well. Couldn't ask for anything more!
Jeremiah Shearer was our service tech, from Aero Energy, and he did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, was very personable, and really took the time to show me, and thoroughly explain any concerns he had about our furnace. He was very knowledgeable, and professional.
Colin showed up when expected, quickly diagnosed the problem with our A/C unit, clearly explained the problem and the cost to repair it, and then quickly fixed it with the part he had available on his truck. Definitely happy with the service he provided.
