Steve was amazing! Thank you so much for all of your hard work you did to get our heating unit working again properly. Our dog also had a buddy today.
I received amazing service. My Air conditioner stopped working and I called Shipley Energy. The woman who took my call was friendly and was wanting to do everything she could to help. She sent out a great technician within a few hours even though the workday was just about over. I was very thankful because the house was really getting hot and my wife and I are Senior Citizens and were needing it fixed quickly.
Kevin was very personable and helpful during his service visit at our home. I felt very confident that he had the experience and skills to provide high quality service on our systems.
