I recently had a pipe burst in my kitchen causing water damage all throughout my basement. I contacted Impact Disaster Services (IDS) and they were able to come out and help me with all my repairs, and remodeling, in a very timely manner. Jed was the supervisor on the job and he and his crew of carpenters were all wonderful. Having a crew of people working on your house while you’re living in it, isn’t always easy but these guys made it a very comfortable environment. They showed the utmost respect for my home and my family. They did impeccable work on my basement and we couldn’t be happier. I had a drain back up which ended up flooding my utility room. IDS came to the rescue. They dried out the room, removed the damaged flooring and made sure there wasn’t any mold. Then they helped me install new flooring. They were very professional and timely. I would 100% recommend them!
