I have had nothing but great experiences with Rehm! They installed my AC unit, tankless water heater, and most recently an attic fan to help lower the temperature on hot summer days on my 2nd story (which by the way worked like a charm). I have always had professional and courteous service. Communication is great, and pricing is very fair. I hardly ever leave reviews online but wanted to make sure to give some kudos to Eddie and the team of folks he works with at Rehm - I will continue to do business with them well in to the future and refer them to my family and friends. We had our furnace go out on a Friday afternoon around 5 p.m. We called around to find someone who could help wuith no luck. My wife called Rehm and Ed answered and said he would be right over. Ed diagnosed the problem and found that the part that allows gas to flow to the igniter was not working. Being that it was Friday afternoon, supply houses were closed. Ed said that there were two possible places to get the part and given that the furnace was 19 years old and no longer manufactured, it was iffy that the part was available. The one place was open on Saturday. Ed called them and they didn't have the part and said he would call the other parts house on Monday. An artic cold front was coming in for the weekend and the heat we had avauilable were a gas fireplace ans a few space heaters. Ed got back to us first thing Monday morning. The part could be shipped by Thursday. Given the age of the furnace and the cost of the part, we decided to have a new furnace installed. Ed said he had to
