Septic tank pump out and inspection. Tanks were pumped out, the high level float mounts (plastic and in good condition previously) were busted off and float was left hanging further down in the drain field tank. A few days after service I get a high tank level alarm. Too bad for them, I made the repair myself. Seems fishy to me that after using their service for 10 years, an issue like this arises when the company changes hands.

They came at the time they gave me. They were very efficient.

Prompt to respond to my request for septic service at my home. Their office was polite and accommodating in setting up a date and window of time when the truck would be in my neighborhood. The man that came to service the tank was nice and did a fine job. This being my first time living in a home with a septic system and having to get it pumped, it was overall an easy, straightforward experience. Thanks!
