I can’t say enough great things about Brett and his entire team at JL Martin & Sons. From the first phone call with the office staff getting everything scheduled all the way to the crew that came out to do the work, it was all absolutely top notch. Our system was in need of serious overhaul and repair largely due to the poor quality of work done by the previous septic contractor. When we called JL Martin & Sons and explained our circumstances Brett came out the same day and evaluated the situation and gave us a full breakdown of what we needed. The price that was quoted was very reasonable considering the extensive work that was needed and the job was completed with the highest level of professionalism and quality! I couldn’t be happier with the work. It’s a relief to know that there are still companies like JL Martin & Sons that value honesty and integrity all while providing A+ level service. THE ABSOLUTE BEST company to work with. They have serviced us for years and Brett is amazingly detailed, punctual, and respectful. J. L Martin & Sons is one of the best companies I have hired for repair work. My septic pump had gone out at my house and I was in desperate need to get it fixed. I called around and most repair companies either wanted too much money or they would have put an off-brand pump into my septic. When I called J.L Martins they were extremely respectful and understanding of my situation. They got to my house in two days and repaired the pump in an hour.
