Leak No More

Larry was very prompt in replying and inspecting my roof. I originally hoped for a repair, but Larry recommended a complete new roof, and showed me why. I am so glad I have a solid roof over my head. And I went with the guaranteed shingles that have lifetime guarantee for product and installation. Great crew. Cleanup was good. Three years after my new roof was installed. Not one problem! Great job on our roof repair and reasonably priced. Apparently this area had been leaking for some time before we bought this place and the owners covered it up. We did not notice it until we had the floors replaced and the closet opened up that it was leaking. I received a full roof replacement this winter from Leak No More. Last year I had Larry come out (one of the few who even returned my call) to look at a leaking window I had. He made a recommendation that I not do anything at the time because he was certain it was due to some ice build up but he would recommend me think about replacing the roof as it was looking worn. Sure enough he was correct about the ice dam. I took him up on the recommendation to replace my roof as I have had other known issues that coincided with his recommendation. I am giving Larry and team a 4 but only because I can't give a 4.5. My only constructive criticism comment about the team was that at times the communication and scheduling broke down. There was a lot of rescheduling due to rain (not Larry's fault, obviously) and while obviously things come up and happen the communication could be improved some.
