Leak No More

Great job on our roof repair and reasonably priced. Apparently this area had been leaking for some time before we bought this place and the owners covered it up. We did not notice it until we had the floors replaced and the closet opened up that it was leaking. We needed a roof replacement/repair to meet requirements for our refinancing in the middle of winter. I was given a reasonable quote that evening and was brought sample shingles to approve within two days. The first decent day the crew was here and got the first half completely done, including adding a base of plywood which was needed due to the poor quality of the old roof. The next good day that was available they were back out, finished the job completely, and the roof looks wonderful. They cleaned up completely, took pictures as needed for the appraisers to review, if needed. I highly recommend this group. They knew what they were talking about (my past husband was a contractor & I used to run the office) and were polite, prompt, and professional.

I contacted Larry on a Monday. He came and gave me a quote the next day, and on Saturday, I had a new roof. This, after contacting several other roofing companies and getting no reply or a “sorry, we’re too busy” response. He and his team were able to fix some long term water damage in a cost effective manner. He also came up with a novel plan to fix a problem on my rooftop deck, using more practical materials than had been used before. I appreciate the time and attention to assure I have a good result, while bearing in mind my budget!
