Excellent service from Gus. We had misplaced an item of value, spoke to Tom and his team at Williams, they immediately responded to us, made a visit to our home. While they were talking with us.....our granddaughter was listening intently.. They Williams team expressed if they have additional information, they would pass along and departed. Five minutes later our granddaughter comes to us and says it this what you are looking for Gigi....well yes it was and told us she moved the item. The Integrity of the Williams team for immediately addressing is very much appreciated and we are so grateful. They say timing is everything, the William's team being here made our day. Thank you. Finishing our basement required a significant HVAC upgrade. We called in three contractors. Jeff's responsiveness stood out right away. He then worked closely with our basement contractor to integrate the duct design for minimal disruption to the ceiling & walls. On top of it, Williams' price was competitive for an entire new HVAC system rather than the band-aid approach that others were suggesting. The project itself went very well, with Williams able to get the equipment considerably quicker than their competitors. We also appreciated that the primary tech was very courteous and friendly. When a time crunch with the basement contractor arose unexpectedly, Jeff actually stepped in to assist with the installation. The entire process validated why we had chosen Williams for our prior homes, and why will continue to recommend them without hesitation. P.S. The house is very comfortable despite the heat wave!
