Mid-Atlantic Geothermal

Had a sudden problem pop up and they came afew hours later. I always have good service. Also I love the geothermal unit. You really can get it to pay for itself

I used Mid-Atlantic to install a geothermal HVAC system and run new duct work throughout the house. They were professional and did a wonderful job. The system is quiet, efficient, reliable and saves me money. I'm thrilled with it. Beyond the system itself, Mid-Atlantic went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I had an unrelated issue with a bad circuit breaker that they swapped out for me since they were on site. It saved me the cost and inconvenience of having an electrician come out. They did a great job on communicating, making sure I knew what the plan was and that I was happy with it. They confirmed when they were going to be on-site and promptly made me aware of any unexpected issues that dropped up (minor things that were inevitable when retrofitting an existing house). I have had 3 geothermal systems installed by mid-Atlantic and has had an amazing experience with both heating and cooling over the last 6 years. The installation was professional and response to any service-related concerns prompt. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to and had energy efficiency and utilize the best cost-effective, financially savvy and green energy technology available in the market today. I have had a few minor equipment warrantee related issue which were handled well within my satisfaction level.
