RE Sanders Inc.

I sent 2 inquiries through the website and also left a message with the owner asking for a call back for an estimate. Never heard back from anyone. Guess they didn't want my business. It's a shame, too, because they came highly recommended to me.

Had an issue with a freezing pipe today and called RE Sanders for some assistance, as they were relatively close to my home. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and when she wasn't able to answer my question, she went to ask the owner, who then came on the line. He was very professional, took time out of his day to help talk me through a few possibilities, and actually helped me diagnose and fix the problem on my own, without needing to dispatch anyone. I am very pleased with the professionalism that I experienced today, and will definitely use/recommend RE Sanders in the future.

Had this company service the water softener they installed because my water became too salty. They really couldn't determine what was wrong so they suggested I get a new value. I had another company come and check the system and they knew immediately what the issue was and it wasn't a new valve, so instead of paying $900 for something that would not fix the issue I paid $150 and my system is fixed So my advice is don't use this company for water softener, use a company that only deals with water softeners!
