I sent 2 inquiries through the website and also left a message with the owner asking for a call back for an estimate. Never heard back from anyone. Guess they didn't want my business. It's a shame, too, because they came highly recommended to me.

I have had nothing but issues with this company. Our grinder pump went out two years ago. First time they came out they put in a grinder pump. Within two weeks it went out. They came two more times after that blaming the issue on us until they found out they installed a grinder pump that wasn't strong enough for our house. Things were good for a while but again the pump went out. When we called for them to address the issue which is covered under warranty , they hung up on us, told us they are too busy to help and refused to come out. Grinder pump is still not working. All plumbers say it's the grinder pump and to get this company to right their wrongs. Yet they still refuse to get here. Guess I need to report them to the BBB

Had this company service the water softener they installed because my water became too salty. They really couldn't determine what was wrong so they suggested I get a new value. I had another company come and check the system and they knew immediately what the issue was and it wasn't a new valve, so instead of paying $900 for something that would not fix the issue I paid $150 and my system is fixed So my advice is don't use this company for water softener, use a company that only deals with water softeners!
