We just bought a house in November which ended up having heating issues. The high efficiency boiler that we inherited kept turning off (no heat or hot water) and displaying an error code. This particular boiler is technically challenging, requiring a specialized/advanced skillset. Not knowing this, we called around and many companies were turning us away because they don't work on those. We found Martel recommended on the boiler manufacturer's website. We called on a Thursday night and left a message after hours. A woman returned the call Friday morning and scheduled a visit for that same day! Ray and Zack were incredibly knowledgeable and informative. They took the time to explain findings/problems/solutions in ways we could actually understand. Best experience we have had! Honestly, they are single handedly the most professional, responsive, and experienced services company we have every used. We had Martell remove our old boiler and hot water tank heater and replace it with a Viessmann efficient hot water boiler and an indirect water heater. They also redid some of the existing water pipes that were done incorrectly by the prior owners. From the beginning Jim and team were professional, very responsive, and accommodated any questions/requests we had without hesitation before, during, and after installation. The job took two days, and honestly, I have never seen such neat, tidy and organized work from anyone. After the first day, they left our house immaculate overnight--cleaned and organized. We noticed an issue with our hybrid water heater, so we called Martel Plumbing to have it checked out. Kyle came out to take a look and recommended we replace it. We were able to schedule about a week out, which was great. Jimmy and Darien came out on time the day of the installation. They were professional from start to finish. They found an additional issue with our potable tank that, had we not replaced our water heater, we would've never known. They patiently explained how they discovered it, and what was needed in order to replace it properly. They were able to replace and repair the tank on the spot. We're glad they caught the additional issue. Jimmy and Darien were patient in answering my questions and did an amazing job making sure the installation was done correctly. Jessica at the office was very helpful with setting up the appointment, and helped me fill out the forms I needed for an energy rebate. I also had a couple of follow up questions after the installation, and they r
