Is this a business, or a family trying to support a retired plumber in Florida? I had a new unit installed over a year ago, and it was installed incorrectly. I haven't had heat since. BUYER BEWARE!!! MY BOILER WAS NEVER HOOKED UP TO THE HEATING SYSTEM, 15 MONTHS LATER I GAVE UP AND PAID 1500 DOLLARS TO CORRECT THEIR MESSUP

I would not recommend Waldo. The service has been unimpressive and I did try them a handful of times over several years while owning a home. It appears to be a small time operation managed by an octogenarian who spends at least half his time in Florida. I have spoken with this owner twice and each time he wanted to diagnose my issue over the phone. In both cases, he diagnosed wrong. I mean come to the house and take a look, huh? So I spent the rest of my time with Waldo dealing with the owner's understudy, Wayne. The problem with Wayne is you can never quite get a straight answer out of him. He won't commit to days/times, everything is kind of hodgepodge and Wayne won't ever give you an estimate without first talking with 'the boss' even for relatively routine work. Wayne tries to ACT real nice but an intuitive person can see how disingenuous he really is. Wayne did 3 different jobs for me. He got the job done the first 2 times (after a lot of haggling over when he could actual
