Regan One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning

I would give our experience with Regan 6 stars if I could. On 1/15/22 they discovered a crack in our furnace during a Saturday service call when we were having issues with our heat. I called them on Monday 1/17 (a holiday!), and they set an appointment for their home comfort specialist, Joe to come out and provide an estimate the next day on 1/18 for a new furnace. Joe was extremely kind, thorough and provided us with 3 quotes for 3 different units. We selected a unit and had it installed today, 1/20. Working with the techs and Joe was incredibly seamless and provided more than 5 star customer service. I can’t thank them enough for the speed in which we had a new furnace and even a brand new thermostat. The techs were extremely knowledgeable about the new unit, kind and provided a wealth of information about the new system to someone who knows very little about HVAC. They were extremely neat in the work and left the area around the furnace immaculate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

We live in a uniquely colored 1880's Victorian, and almost everyone that came out to look at / quote addition of mini-splits to our 2nd and 3rd floors shied away from the task. Joe not only came out when he said he would to look at the job, but he figured out in short order how best to install the units that minimized the visual impact to the exterior of our home. They worked with me on the contract, and were not only able to work us into their schedule quickly - they actually came when they said they would. The install team were respectful and efficient, and finished when they said they would.
