Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Our kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, and Roto Rooter sent their tech, Appolo, to our house as promised, the morning after we called them. We were please that he arrived early in the estimated window for service time. He did an outstanding job of replacing the faucet, and he took the time to answer all our questions as well as demonstrating various how-to items that will very likely be useful in the future (example: accessing the faucet from underneath the sink, replacing parts as needed, and so on). DO NOT HIRE EVEN IF YOURE DESPERATE! First off Jose is rude! I was trying to be nice but hw clearly just wanted to be onto the next appt. Then he said it was going to be this big deal and got an adjuster to try and make a home insurance claim. Adjuster came and said it wouldnt be worth going through insurance and that this guys does this all the time! Jose clearly didnt wanna do the job! Well don't worry Jose a women did it better than you ever would have done! It takes a women to finish a mans job!

Adam arrived in a very timely fashion. He methodically traced the problem through a number of careful tests to initially conclude that a rotor-rooter snake was needed to go from the septic tank to the line exiting the house. There were a variety of clean-out access ports throughout the basement, but upon slowly opening each port, he correctly concluded that the septic line in the basement was fully charged with water. Adam was professional and responsive to all my questions. He was able to find the plug and successfully removed the blockage.
