DO NOT HIRE EVEN IF YOURE DESPERATE! First off Jose is rude! I was trying to be nice but hw clearly just wanted to be onto the next appt. Then he said it was going to be this big deal and got an adjuster to try and make a home insurance claim. Adjuster came and said it wouldnt be worth going through insurance and that this guys does this all the time! Jose clearly didnt wanna do the job! Well don't worry Jose a women did it better than you ever would have done! It takes a women to finish a mans job!
The response was prompt and professional. The technician was polite and well informed. He made the repair efficiently. I was shocked at the nearly one thousand dollar charge for the install of the faucet which I purchased and two new shut off valves. While the service was good, I will not be using Roto Rooter again because of the exorbitant cost. Service: Faucet installation
