I was extremely pleased by your technicians sent to unclog my basement sewer. They were able to bring up a root that was 30" long and 3-4" wide in one piece after placing the hydraulic snake twice. Contacted the company who came out for a quote. Rep was friendly and assured me that my issue (which rendered my entire bathroom unusable) would be fixed the next day no problem. Received a phone call the next day saying the plumber was en route only to receive a phone call from the plumber a few mins later. He told me that they don’t work on my brand of equipment and wouldn’t be responding. Thanks for wasting my time and leaving me with a nonfunctional bathroom for even longer ! Super unprofessional
Roto Rooter showed up within a 2 hour window on the same day I made the request. Fixed my plumbing issue within an hour. We also had a supervisor come by with a camera equipment to make sure our drain system had no further issues. I am very happy with the service. Service: Drain cleaning
