We met with Charlie the owner as we started to interview roofing contractors and immediately felt comfortable with him. He took the time to explain everything, he was always responsive, had a genuine concern for our satisfaction and kept us informed along the way. The crew was professional, courteous and hardworking. The job was done in a day and a half and they cleaned up completely and re-inspected the job. The crew was gone and you never would have known they were here except for the beautiful new roof. The owner was in constant contact from the first day beginning the estimate to the last day the yard was cleaned up. I firmly believe the roof was done to the highest quality and will last 30 years and that if anything goes wrong the owner would send a crew to fix it. It cost a bit more than expected but the work quality was superior.
