I highly recommend R.E. Coogan Heating Inc. - being a big customer service person - he will actually return calls immediately, get estimates w/options right away as well as discuss and listen to your needs. Robert and his crew were able to get the job done within a week of agreeing on the contract for a new oil burner and hot water heater. During that time I had a power outage and they stayed late on a Friday night - YES, a Friday night !!! to get the job done. It has been almost a year and when I had a loose wire, he responded right away and came the next day and made good on his warranty. You can't ask for anything more !!! This Review is Long Overdue. I had a major problem with my heating system a little over a year ago. The very first, very cold night of winter, my heat didn’t work. I called them late at night and They came out first thing in the morning. It was by no means an easy job for them, but they stayed until the job was complete and took a Huge Worry off of my shoulders. My heating unit has worked EXCELLENT ever Since. I can’t say enough good things about his crew and their dedication to helping someone in need. I could NOT have asked for more. I HUGE THANK TO R.E. COOGAN for helping me out so quickly. I'm interested in their definition of emergency service. My boiler broke and I called hoping I could have someone come out to at least look at it to diagnose. I could've waited a day or two but as soon as I said I wasn't a previous customer they said they couldn't do anything for 2-4 weeks. Guess it's only an emergency if you've done business with them before.
