Do not use this company! I’ve never had a worst experience with a company! The tech was rude, extremely condescending and unprofessional! He showed up for 3 min, told me I needed a new system (mine is only 2 yrs old), charged me $100+ and left. This is New England. I’ve seen homes with 20 yr old boilers still get serviced, but my 2 yr Navien with rust (bc of the leak I was trying to get fixed) is unworkable? Even though it works, provides heat and hot water, he said the only option to fix the leak is to replace the whole system? No empathy, no options other than indirectly saying “you’re screwed”, and just walked off with my money. I feel robbed, still have a leak, and am back to square one. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Had a shutoff valve installed for my sink before a bathroom remodel. I noticed the valve had a leak post install and called back. Four day wait to come and fix their own faulty install? Everyone is very nice but that is disappointing service. EDIT: Came by right at the beginning of the target window and Adam took care of things diligently. Not pumped with how long the response took Both technicians that visited to were very polite and helpful, but the office has a bit to be desired.

A service technician came to my home and said I needed to have my garbage disposal replaced. The quote he gave me was high and llaunsatisfactory. The service call charge went from being $109 to $259. He told me it was an emergency charge call. Person on the phone never said anything about that when I arranged the appointment. I decided to pay the $109 service charge and chalk. it up to a bad experience and never call this company again as technician had an attitude and kept changing the replacement price. Very frustrating experience. I gave review one star just to be able to write this review.
