We had company coming for a holiday weekend- and our furnace/heat pump stopped working. Advanced Heating had someone there (Will) within hours of our call. Will was fantastic. Knowledgeable. Professional/courteous. He had our system working quickly- and did a full inspection for other issues. We recently moved to the area- and went with Advanced Heating/Air based on a recommendation. We had Advanced HVAC of Aiken come out to our home on 07/15/20 because our AC just didn't seem to be working at full power. Two nice fellas came out and did a couple things here and there, we paid $100 and everything seemed fine. On 07/22/20, our AC went out completely; just wouldn't cut on at all. We called them that night to leave a message explaining the situation and received a callback the next morning (07/23/20). We were told that they could not fit us into the schedule until 07/27/20. Obviously going without AC for almost a whole week was not going to cut it, so we had to call another company to come out. This company came out the same day and found that the guys from Advanced HVAC of Aiken had left some wiring exposed on our unit, causing our unit to short and a fuse to blow. They fixed us right up and charged us $125. My husband called this morning to ask Advanced HVAC of Aiken to reimburse us, either for the $125 we had to pay another company or for the $100 we had originally
