I’ve used this company for the past two years for annual checkups. They also came the same day recently to replace a broken part. All the employees are really personable and informative. Outstanding company.

Derrick is the absolute best! Anytime I have ever had an issue he has come to look at it that day. He is VERY honest and extremely knowledgeable plus straightforward about everything. He is a true professional that works both efficiently and practically. He is approachable, understanding, and compassionate. I trust him entirely. 2 workers showed up at my store. They came to the wrong place with drills out acting suspicious. I never placed a order. when I ask how can I help you and why are you here I was spoken to in a very disrespectful cussing language and was told to mind my business. The driver seamed to have no problem getting into a womans face. I Called the company and made a complaint and the person i spoke to seamed to not care. He told me that the driver called and stated what happened and he went to the wrong store. Ok that's fine if you came to the wrong place but when you show up on my property jump out with drills and surround my building and when I ask you why are you here, who are you and where is your work order to be here you tell me to mind my business and get into my face.?? I have never used this company and never will. I work with the community and I will make sure I put it out to not use this company because of the disrespectful language they speak to people.
