I was impressed from the first contact with Sullivans reception to the moment I met Joe, my technician. The initial contact was courteous, prompt and kind. She scheduled an appt. less than 24 hours after I contacted them. Joe arrived on time the next morning. He was pleasant, clearly knowledgeable and sought to share that knowledge with me to my level of understanding. He was professional, courteous and I felt he gave clarity to a situation that has caused us hardship for the past two months. I'd highly recommend Joe and Sullivan's HVAC.

AC broke on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Sullivan's and they were great, came out quickly, very professional, and some of the most polite and kind folks I have ever met. Highly recommend them.

All that was involved, in this ac replacement , was very professional, on time, true to their word, went above and beyond , of my expectations. The price was cheaper , than anyone around.
