In 1996 after our house was built, Holsenback installed our furnace systems and air conditioner systems for both upstairs and downstairs. Every year they do system maintenance for the summer & fall seasons on all the systems to make sure they are OK and ready for the changing seasons. For over 26 years, they have responded quickly and on time whenever there has been an issue with either our furnace or air conditioner systems. The service men are knowledgeable and always do whatever needs to be done. They are very easy to work with. Their office staff is also a pleasure to work with - when we call they listen, patiently ask questions as to why we are calling, and then schedule whatever work needs to be done. Without a doubt I would definitely recommend Holsenback to anyone for the excellent installation and on-going service they provide.
