Pleasant Air Conditioning and Electric

This was the second time that I have used Pleasant Air Conditioning and Electric, and I couldn’t be happier!! Jeremy always answers the phone, schedules me for a same day repair. He is true to his word and his office staff is helpful and friendly. Last year they installed a new Trane unit and it is reliable and affordable to run. Last week, I had a leak in an AC condensation line and Theo showed up right on time. Not only did he fix the leak, he corrected a problem from a previous company. Great experience overall! Had our furnace and AC unit replaced, as well as some duct work fixed. Extremely thorough, very communicative and responsive, and great follow-up! Besides obviously being subject-matter experts (they found issues other companies did not highlight during the quote process), they are very customer-service oriented. Highly recommend! After our conventional water heater decided to call it “quits”, we had to find a quick solution for a replacement. We decided on a tankless system and found a company that could install the next day. However, we were told we needed an extra outlet. Upon the recommendation of the installer, I called Jeremy at Pleasant air and the next morning one of his people arrived and had the outlet installed even before the others arrived. Cannot emphasize enough how happy we were that thanks to them we were able to take a hot shower later that day !!
