Our experience with Ketchum Roofing was 5-star from start to finish. They were very organized and helped with everything, from filing the insurance claim, to scheduling, to getting the permit from our HOA. They arrived early on a Monday morning, worked all day, and were back Tuesday morning to clean up. We had our roof replaced on our house last month. This company is top of the line. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to everything about roofing. They were very helpful to explain how everything works and did all communications with the insurance company. I did hardly anything on my end and they were so quick.
