We had our roof replaced on our house last month. This company is top of the line. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to everything about roofing. They were very helpful to explain how everything works and did all communications with the insurance company. I did hardly anything on my end and they were so quick. They showed up at 7:00am and I had a new roof and they were gone by 6:00pm. Same day. Roof looks amazing. Very friendly guys to deal with. Very Honest. Ketchum exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. They walked us through the hail insurance claim, helping us understand the estimate, were responsive and attentive. Everyone we dealt with- Finley, Robbie, John and all of the roofers were friendly and paid attention to detail. During the process, an active termite spot was identified -- they helped us contact the Termite company (even driving to their office- as they were not answering the phone) and it was inspected/treated and the work resumed the next day. During the process, one of our screens was accidentally ripped by a shingle- Ketchum contacted and scheduled a replacement for us. We are very impressed with Ketchum- would absolutely recommend.
