Great experience from beginning with the salesman, Cory, until the installation. Everything quick and smooth. Wonderful crew and foreman, very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Work was on the main house and pool house roof. The yard surrounding the work was so clean you would have never guessed shingles etc had been stripped off and replaced. They protected everything and cleared away all debris. A trustworthy company using a great product and Warrarty too! Highly recommend them. Frazier Roofing definitely lived up to their reputation as a premier roofing company in the Upstate! They replaced my next door neighbors roof after it was damaged by hail and did an excellent job. My neighbor recommended them very highly. I had them come inspect my roof and it also had hail damage. The insurance company adjuster did not agree. Frazier petitioned them for another inspection. This time the insurance company was willing to pay for a partial replacement. Frazier went back to them and they finally agreed to a full replacement. Jeff really worked to make this happen, all the while keeping me updated. When it came time to do the work, Kimberly got me scheduled within a week or so. They protected my extensive landscaping around the house. Work was done over two days. Clean up was immaculate. They were also patient waiting for the insurance to pay me before I paid them.
