I found this company by submitting a request through Angi's for a ceiling fan installation. I did this late in the evening, so imagine my surprise when I get a response about an hour later. I didn't expect any until the next day! Tim was up front about his pricing and what I could expect. I was surprised at how reasonable his pricing was, and admittedly, it made me a little suspicious. I was very wrong. He scheduled me for later that week, and not only was he on time, he was early! I've never had any technician be early! He was patient while I settled down my dogs and quickly got to work. Unfortunately, the previous owners lied about the box they had installed in the ceiling (They said it was 70 lbs when it was actually 30 lbs). Luckily, Tim came prepared! He crawled into my attic to install the new box, assembled the fan, and hung it. All of this did take some time only because I love asking questions, and he took his time to answer each one of them. Tim is very respectful and kind. He was on time for the initial consult and on time for the day of service. He finished the job quickly and he was very attentive to details. My husband was very pleased with the job Tim completed in our garage! He even cleaned up his mess when he was finished after I told him not to worry about it.
