Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

Sears Home services was used to fix my HVAC unit. We were told the agent was going to get a part for our unit and he would call us within the hour. After several hours we called sears to learn he was supposed to be here on Wednesday with the part. On Wednesday we did not receive the visit. We called back on Thursday and learned we lived in a Monday only area so someone would be here that morning. A call was made to my wife who was at work on Monday and when she didn’t answer immediately they cancelled the visit until the next week. No attempt at my home number and despite having someone wait no one showed up. We have been very patient but this is very unacceptable for the amount of money we paid. The lack of communication and professionalism with your staff is unwarranted. Services: A/C system repair, General repairs & maintenance
