This company is phenomenal!! They cover everything any homeowner would need for home maintenance. I called on Tuesday evening and got an appointment on Wednesday morning. My technician Donny Tomlin was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! He was so personable and thorough checking out everything for me. He also kept me informed every step of the way. He was really a blessing and helped me be more aware of how things worked in my home. I did not hesitate in signing up for their maintenance plan. He was the epitome of a service representative. Mr. Hayden and His assistant Michael were very Charismatic upon arrival but even more; They were patient with explaining. Mr. Hayden wasn't forceful but very informative and gave options. Mr. Micheal was handy and demonstrated initiative in what was needed to allow Mr. Hayden to snap shot before and after progress, of that which was initiated and completed. The Leadership of Mr. Hayden and the humble diligence of Mr Micheal created a great chemistry. Love's Plumbing at our home was appreciated due to this combination teamwork. Chris was very pleasant. He answered all of my questions and he was not pushy in to getting me to do anything extra other than what needed fixing.
