The Homans crew was professional and courteous. They explained everything clearly and had my deceased 30-year old submersible well pump replaced the same day. They took the extra time to be certain that everything was working properly with the pressure tank and switch, making the necessary adjustments as needed. I highly recommend this company. Problems with scheduling appointment and no one shows up or even calls for explanation. After many weeks of trying to get someone out to service our equipment, the technician was not knowledgeable on how to fix it. A month later, we decided after once again no show for appointment, to use another provider. Save yourself some time.
