Lake Murray Construction of Columbia

We had some storm damage on August 7, 2023. I called LMC to get the repair done. The owner Eric was very understanding. We found out that my warranty had expired by 30 days. LMC went above and beyond. Eric honored the warranty even though it expired. That is something you just don’t hear about everyday. The shingles on the my house were discontinued. Sorry I don’t remember the salesman’s name. He did find some that were very very close to matching. Today the roofer showed up early this morning. The roofer was professional. He offered to take the shingles that blew off and throw them away as well as leaving some for any repairs in the future. He made sure that he picked up after himself.
