Wow, what a wonderful experience from the time I reached out to Lake Murray Construction when I detected a leak in my ceiling, to the one day install of a new roof less than one week later. Dave Wright and his foreman Naun Aguirre were on the ground the day after I called him to provide an initial assessment of what was needed. The following day Dave had his adjuster by my side to interface with my insurance adjuster. My insurance company agreed to pay for a replacement roof minus the deductible. Dave assisted with the process, and we agreed on a fair price and schedule to complete the work. Naun showed up at first light on schedule with a double crew and completed the job in one day. Very sensitive to doing a quality job and ensuring everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. Very friendly and professional team. Amazed at how well everything went. Lake Murray Construction of Columbia was very professional from the start to the finish. This is my fist roof replacement and I felt like Lake Murray Construction walked me through every step so there was no surprises.
