A/C didn’t cool. I called Anchor, they came buy, evaluated the situation, provided suggestions & proposals and after a decision a new complete A/C System was installed with an acceptable time frame … GREAT JOB Service: Installation
I recently contacted Anchor Heating and Air to install my air conditioning system. Their customer service was amazing! Brandon came out for the service call. He explained to me what was going on and what he recommended. A few days later Aron and Ryan arrived to install the unit. They showed me before and after pics of the installation. My home is much cooler than before. I'm very satisfied with their work. Thanks Guys!
Brandon Fuller was the technician that responded to our service request. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about our issue. He was very thorough in the inspection and I believe honest with his findings and recommendations. We have yet to decide whether to use this company for the resolution however the company has a very good chance as I believe the end result would be to my satisfaction.
