Our family decided to hire the Commonwealth construction team because they were the only contractor of many to visit our home who brought out individuals to give a true idea of the cost of the project. They were great to work with throughout our six month renovation. We really loved the construction manager, framer, tile installer, and wood floor installer. This was a massive project with costs exceeding $200,000. Our home had some leakage and hidden mold from the previous owners negligence. There were many unknowns about the full damage until the team broke down the walls and could really see the damage. In the end, our 1948 Avondale home has all new electrical, plumbing, large beams, brand new kitchen (expanded outward), two remolded bathrooms, an indoor laundry room (whoot, whoot) and an art/office space.
