I called Charleston Electric for an annual check on our generator. I got a response the next morning and Ryan, the technician, arrived the same morning. Great service and very professional. Ryan answered all my questions and made several helpful suggestions. I highly recommend Charleston Electric for generator work.

This was my first experience with Charleston Electric. I was pleased that I received a call from the company asking if they could come a day earlier than scheduled, since a job had been completed sooner than expected. Dylan was prompt, courteous, and professional, and he did a very good job.
