Our work was completed correctly and with the courtesy and professionalism I expected with Charleston Electric. It was quite enjoyable talking with the CE tech and his assistant. They completed work with little fuss at all and exercised thoroughness in testing the effectiveness of the repair they performed.
Steve was able to come a day earlier which was a great help. When he arrived, I didn’t have enough chain for him to install our lighting. He arranged to come back in an hour giving me time to choose the right decorative chain. Steve worked quickly, efficiently, and I enjoyed chatting with him throughout the process.
We could not have had a better experience with Charleston Electric! They had someone come the same day and the service professional diagnosed the problem and solved it pretty quickly. He also made sure it was done well. Highly recommend!
