The owner of the company, Bernie came by to assess what was wrong with our AC the day after we called. He explained what we needed and gave us an option to delay replacement, as well as gave us a big discount for the repair. He was in and out so quickly after fixing the problem which was a huge relief as we have been struggling with this summer heat for a while. He was so professional and kind. My A/C stopped working 24 hours ago and it was 81 in my condo, when I called this morning to set up a repair, they said they could be here as soon as early afternoon. They showed up early, & fixed everything within 30 min. The guys were super great & professional. Even gave me a discount at the end!
