We had an absolutely wonderful experience using Pleasant Air Conditioning & Electric! Everyone we spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. From the Owner - Jeremy, to the Office Manager - Laura, and all of the Technicians that were on site to perform a diagnostic test and install the new HVAC system, we had a great experience. We were informed of all of our options before the work was performed. Jeremy and his team did an excellent job installing my new HVAC system. My old upstairs unit was undersized and would run all day long. Pleasant Air replaced the unit and worked with me to increase the tonnage by 0.5 and now my upstairs stays nice and cool. Pretty soon I'll have my old (18 year old) downstairs unit replaced as well by Pleasant Air. I know they'll do a fantastic job!
