Ignacio inspected the roof and went over what needed to be done and how they would go about the job and what materials would be used. Even took pictures of the roof to show us in detail what would be happening. This is the company you want doing your roof!! I have never been so impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, materials and attention to details as I am with Southline. I was kept informed by the Project Coordnator Yobana during the job and she always very professional kept me up to date on everything going on. The crews they have working are extremely nice and very knowledgable in what they are doing. Kept the work area well organized and great job making sure worksite debris was not an issue. On a side note, I worked for a roofing company one summer while in school. I had two other companies I had lined up to give me quotes, with one being the company I had previously worked for. I canceled the other two appointments after speaking with Ignacio! I could not be more

In addition to installing new roofs in 2 of our houses, we hired them to repair (what looked like) a minor rot repair on an exterior wall of our home. After finding the rot was spread throughout the entire wall! Ignacio redirected his crew and they spent nearly a week replacing all rot, 2 windows and all new siding on the front wall. He said he’d do his best to keep the unexpected cost low and would complete the job within the week. I have to say I was shocked when he showed me the extent of the rot and I was concerned about the cost to repair but Ignacio took care of us as if we were his family. He finished quickly and was thorough with excellent communication and very reasonable pricing. I wouldn’t trust anybody else. He is clearly a cut above the rest in his field.
