Britt guided us through every step of the process, he was helpful and informative, and he was transparent about all aspects of the project. The team was efficient, timely, well mannered, and paid attention to every single detail. Premier Exteriors replaced the three outdoor decks at our house, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Our old decks were warping and rotting, and Premier Exteriors removed those with ease and hauled away all of the old boards without any issues. They installed our new TimberTech decks within a matter of 2-3 days, working efficiently and as a great communicating team. Our finished decks look incredible, and include both cable railing and composite railing. Britt (the Project Manager) provided amazing service and craftsmanship from day one. He was quickly responsive both via e-mail and phone, and made this project as seamless as possible for us. He was personally on-site for the project, and has been very responsive to a couple of questions we had after the project was done. Can't say enough great things about this company, and I highly recommend them to others.

Premier Exteriors did a great job replacing my rotted wood deck with composite decking and painting the floor boards in the attached screen porch to match. We did not realize the extent of the rot until they began tearing up the boards and the framing was exposed. The crew quickly had the lumber needed to replace the rotted framing on site and despite the additional work still managed to complete the entire deck and stairs in one day. Two days later the painters came out to finish the project. Both crews did a good job and Britt was a pleasure to work with from the beginning of the project to the end. I would definitely work with them again.
