I'm appreciative the manager of AAA honored my last free maintenance due to (covid) years. There has been a disagreement about 1st supposedly maintenance. I said never happened. I was disappointed on cancelation because they were servicing paying customers first. All customers are important. Reschedule appt. The tech showed up late. He did a routine checkup on the HVAC. He stated no issues. All in all, Tech (Lazai Anderson) had a great attitude. Service: HVAC system maintenance
David was extremely nice to deal with and also very knowledgeable. I’m pleased that I made the decision to choose AAA this do my bi-annual inspections! Service: HVAC system maintenance
