Cransten Handyman and Remodeling

I used Cransten to do some repairs on my deck - the main job being to replace my deck stairs. The office was extremely timely in getting back to me, answered all my questions, and was able to schedule my service very quickly. The estimate provided also was quite reasonable. Juan did the actual repairs and he was great. He clearly knew what he was doing, gave suggestions that saved me money on materials, and finished the job in about half the time they estimated it would take. Plus, the final product is great - the stairs and other repairs are just what I needed. I've already recommended Cransten to someone else, and would definitely use them again. I reached out several times to Rachel in terms of a quote. Rachel seemed very nice, however fell through in getting a quote to me several times weirdly. I had to call again after unanswered emails to her directly. Then I did get a response only to tell me the quote was sent, within an email..the same email we had been corresponding with..however with no quote. I called again near the end of business today and no one picked up. I'm sick and tired of asking for a simple quote I'm told exists to fix my home. If the contractors they hire are as bad at communicating as they are, I'd say run. Rachel gets an F on customer service. My email has sales tracking software to make sure the emails I send my customers are received. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to watch Rachel open the email..and never reply.
