Great customer service. Recently had to replace my garbage disposal and cap a fridge line. The team came out and quickly replaced the unit even training one of them in the process and took time to explain what they did and answer any questions i had. They cleaned up nicely. Aero continues to disappoint re. Responsiveness to customer support. Faucet install leaks 2 weeks after install, overnight call allegedly was not reported to the office. No sense of responsibility., no desire to research and report why an emergency call was not responded to our reported. Operator just wants to rush off the call. $1,100 later they should try harder to complete the job. Services: Toilet repair, Plumbing pipe repair, Faucet installation

This plumber was the one that our builder uses. Didn’t listen to where we wanted the ejector crock for septic. Everyone at the meeting knew that we wanted to finish the basement after we moved in. They put it in the middle of where I wanted the bathroom. Then unbeknownst to us, they raised the concrete around it which caused issues with where we want to put the shower. Then the rough in they did for the toilet is so close to where the shower is that only leaves about 4 inches to get into the shower. Completely screwed us on placement of the ejector crock and the toilet. Don’t recommend.
