Update 8/9/2023: Luis and his staff replaced our entire roof during the selling process of our home back in May of 2023. It had to be replaced in order to sell. They got the job done in time before closing and as always, Luis and his staff are first class in quality and how they do business. See below. I said if I had to have my roof replaced I'd call them...and I did. You can't go wrong with LA Roofing! My past experience with roofing contractors has been awful. I mean terrible on all fronts. This company is A+. It was so refreshing to have someone answer the phone and actually show up when promised. I had previously called a very large roofing company two weeks earlier in Columbia and I had to chase them down to even have somebody come to my house. No response. I was referred to LA Roofing by Angela Knight, a realtor I've been working with. She's referred this company in the past and she's never heard any complaints. Angela texted Luis, and he had Steve come over within an hour to get the information for a quote and I received a quote later that evening. I compared quotes and gave them the go ahead on Friday, Luis called me Saturday morning and scheduled me for Monday. The crew came out at 8 AM and started right away with the tear-off and continued at a good pace all day. Steve stopped by a couple times to see how they were progressing. The roof I selected was the architectural shingles. The roof looks great, the shingles are lifetime warranty and it's transferrable. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again if the needed. Service: Roof installation
