What a fantastic company! We experienced a blockage in our main drain line. Of course, this happened on a Friday night, so we figured no one would be available to come out. Fortunately, we found Beaver Plumbing! From the moment I spoke to Lily, I felt reassured that our issue would be solved. Sure enough, she sent out Steve within 45 minutes. He spent a long time helping us to locate our clean out (the dumb landscapers hired by the previous owners had buried it under landscaping fabric). Steve went under the house, searched the yard, and was able to locate it. Throughout, he clearly explained everything and made sure we found a solution. Turns out that the drain was completely blocked, so Steve had to come back the next morning (a Saturday) and continue to work on the problem. We ended up having to dig up a portion of the line and replace it, which solved the issue. They came and installed our kitchen sink. It could not be installed on the first day because the counter top had to be cut so Steve came by the next morning and took care of everything. I was a little scared he wasn’t going to show and we would be without a sink for a few days but he kept his word. I was extremely pleased with the service and the sink looks amazing. I would definitely use them again for any future jobs. They were amazing!!! Thank you Steve. Called Steve out to fix a drawer and he came and fixed it immediately. We have gotten the most honest quote and solid work from this company. After spending over 20K in other plumbing in other homes in the past. And recently needing a plumber for a new issue in a resent property we finally decided to try Beaver Plumbing. They have given us the most reasonable price and the shortest work time. They come in do the work and leave. They are customer friendly and very upfront about cost. And still 3 times less expensive than the other companies. I will send everyone I know that may need work done their way because they are ethical and don't price gouge. Keep up the good work
