Nick is a gentleman and a professional! This was an emergency call and despite literal stormy weather, Nick did his best until the weather became too dangerous. Nick still wanted to work on my AC but I insisted we postpone it for his safety. Nick immediately scheduled us for the next day to finish the job. This is what customer service is about! I went two days without my A/C working properly and the other company recommended to me wouldn't be able to come until 3 days from now. I called Kaminer today see if they can get someone over sooner, expecting maybe tomorrow at the earliest, and I was overjoyed to find out that they were able to send someone the same day! I know that won't be the same case for everyone, but just the swiftness and professionalism they showed made me a fan(pun intended). I would recommend higher if I could.
