Very impressed with this company. Not only was their quote the lowest out of the 3 companies we got quotes from, they were also the fastest and most responsive. I called and told them we needed a quote and they had someone out within the hour. They were willing to take time to answer any question I had, and even came by the week after the install to check in and make sure we were satisfied with our new unit and that everything was working properly.

I contacted Carolina Comfort after finding them online and reading reviews. I have a newer build home and my AC was just out of warranty. I had the company who installed it come out three times during the warranty period and report nothing wrong with the unit even though it was not cooling my house and my bills were high. I continued to have issues so decided to get a second opinion. Caroline Comfort came out to diagnose and the person who came out was courteous, on time, and went out of his way to explain everything to me clearly. Unfortunately the previous company didn’t install an item (the bypass) so my upstairs and downstairs were not able to respond correctly when they needed to be cooled. They came out to fix it the following week (could have came out quicker but I was going out of town) and Yassine fixed the unit and explained everything to me and took pictures of everything completed.
