I don't often write reviews but Modern Roofing was so phenomenal I had to post about it. We had a leak in our upstairs office from a storm and were worried about a roof replacement. James came by and took some images of our roof with his drone confirming we had wind damage. This was my first time filing a claim with insurance and James helped me every step of the way, he was even there with the insurance company to sort out paperwork and inspections! When the day came to replace my roof, the crew was phenomenal. The roof was replaced in just a few hours and cleanup was like no one ever stepped foot on my yard. Not a single nail or piece of debris was left behind. I work from home as well and was able to continue work with no worries. Loving my new roof and feeling safe every time it rains now! Brandon came to my house thru each step of the process and explained everything. Great guy to work with. Nick the foreman helped me the day before cover my pool and came back the day after to check the cleanup. He worked expeditiously with the insurance company, ensuring all the necessary details were available and following up directly with the insurance company to answer any questions. The whole team from start to finish were all top notch and extremely professional and a joy to work with. I am a real estate agent and this project was for a family member.
