Justin Jackson and his crew came to install a new hot water heater. He was very professional and courteous! Cool Care just opened the plumbing side of their company not long ago. I have been a customer of the heating and air side for 20 years. I am so happy they have expanded to the plumbing side. I no longer have to worry if I have any plumbing needs. They came out to my house yesterday and this morning I had a new tankless hot water heater! Everyone from Angie and Stacy in the office to the guys who came to service and install are quality people. If you haven't worked with Cool Care, you really should :)

Our compressor broke on a Sunday night. Cool Care sent somebody first thing the next morning. The part was under warranty so unfortunately it had to be ordered from the company. It wasn’t supposed to come in for 5 to 7 business days. Cool Care asked to rush the product because, our young son has asthma and it’s 80° inside the house. Jason is the best tech!!! Can’t say enough good things about this company. They will go above and beyond for their customers . Always answer the phone. Always go the extra mile!! Thank you!!! Called Cool Care for a second opinion concerning a failed compressor, cool care was able to send a technician the next day. Our technician, Brandon Rehill, was a super nice guy who was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Brandon diagnosed and fixed our A/C unit without the need for a new compressor.
