Franklin Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Brian noticed that our new shower kit would not adapt to our plumbing set up. So he charged for the service call, advised us what parts we needed, and will return when we have the proper kit. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and arrived exactly when he was scheduled. We had him previously to our home and has always been professional. Franklin Plumbing was a pleasurable experience from the outset. The office manager, Hope, was able to get me an appointment just a few hours after I called. The plumbers, Russell and KJ, were consummate professionals who were able to diagnose and solve the issue. Not only were they professional in their work, but they were also amicable and enjoyable to talk to. Great experience.
