Brian noticed that our new shower kit would not adapt to our plumbing set up. So he charged for the service call, advised us what parts we needed, and will return when we have the proper kit. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and arrived exactly when he was scheduled. We had him previously to our home and has always been professional. We will continue to use Franklin Plumbing as we have for the past 30 years. Service: Shower installation
Contacted FP&DC to have them address a problem with our water. From the receptionist, to the service call, everything ran smoothly. Could not have been a better experience!
