My ductless unit went out and wasn’t producing cold air. Tim was the person who came out and took a look at it. He was very professional and punctual. He explained everything to make sure I understood what was wrong and what was needed. I loved his service and he fixed everything for me. Thanks, Tim you’re doing a wonderful job!!!! Chuck Tull came out to do a free estimate for our old A/C unit. From the minute I answered the door, he was professional and courteous. What amazed me was that during the free quote, he found a leak in our indoor unit and went to his truck to get some tape and fixed it while he was up there. He had no obligation to fix anything but he went out of his was to do so. My family appreciated that and if we decide to get a new unit, this will be the company we will get it through.
