I was having trouble with my 22 year old AC system in my rental property in Chapin, SC. Matt came out and did a thorough check on my system and found my system just needed to replace a capacitor so a couple hundred dollars VS thousands is awesome! Thank you Matt, you’re a life saver! The technician Mr. Hassan McCallum was very customer friendly and professional. He told me everything he was doing, showed me, performed a awesome summer maintenance on my AC unit and took the time to answer all my questions upon his arrival and upon his departure. Thank you sir!!!.......:)
Chuck Tull came out to do a free estimate for our old A/C unit. From the minute I answered the door, he was professional and courteous. What amazed me was that during the free quote, he found a leak in our indoor unit and went to his truck to get some tape and fixed it while he was up there. He had no obligation to fix anything but he went out of his was to do so. My family appreciated that and if we decide to get a new unit, this will be the company we will get it through.
